Fellows

Background

The initiative is designed to recognise well-rounded young fellows who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievements and made significant contributions towards the HKCA, the profession, or the community across different domains within the first 10 years of fellowship. We believe that recognising and nurturing such talent is paramount to building a better future for our community and generations to come.

Areas of achievement may include, but not limited to:

  • Contributions towards postgraduate education (CME/CPD) and training of junior doctors and anaesthetists (https://www.hkmj.org/system/files/hkmj2310942.pdf)
  • Contributions to HKCA or Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (HKAM)
  • Academic achievements
  • Contributions towards bettering patient care or service enhancement
  • Personal achievements in other areas (example: community services, humanitarian missions, art, music, sportsmanship)
