Meeting 2011
The Scientific Committee cordially invites prospective authors to submit abstract(s) for presentation at the Combined Scientific Meeting of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists, the Faculty of Pain Medicine and the Hong Kong College of Anaesthesiologists (CSM 2011) in Hong Kong. Online abstract submission will commence in late August 2010. Deadline for abstract submission is 11 February 2011. Notification of acceptance will be sent to presenters by email in early March 2011. Sedation Training Course
With the recent release of the Guidelines on Procedural Sedation by the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine last November, the College is pleased to announce that a Sedation Training Course in collaboration with the College of Surgeons of Hong Kong will be held on 11 September 2010 at Queen Elizabeth Hospital for Surgeons. The College would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Simon Chan (PWH), Dr. PP Chen (NDH), Dr. YF Chow (QEH) and Dr. CH Koo (QEH) for their help and contribution to this course.

Exposure to Anaesthetic Safety & Emergencies (EASE) Course for New Anaesthesia Trainees 2010
