Workplace-based Assessments Workshops

The College recently organised a brand-new workshop, which took place on 14th August 2024, specifically designed for novice trainees entering their first year of training. The main objective of this one-day course is to enhance trainees’ understanding of workplace-based assessments (WBAs) and help them utilise WBAs as a valuable learning tool. The College recognised a gap among our trainees when it comes to understanding and utilising WBAs effectively. As we all understand, feedback and WBAs involve a reciprocal process, and it is crucial to engage trainees from the early stages.

Shortly after the WBAs workshop for doctors-in-training, WBAs Workshop for provisional fellows and fellows was held on 17th August 2024.

The College wholeheartedly acknowledges the dedication of the Board of Education in promoting WBAs, and deeply appreciates the valuable contributions of all those involved.
